  • The first thing to remember is that you have to be focused and draw on your motivation. Why do you want to be in construction? Where do you want to get, and how committed are you to your career path? Motivation and confidence are the first part of any endeavor you might want to be a part of.

If you want to make it even through training, you have to keep that in mind and not ignore your diet or workout techniques. In fact, it could be a good idea to up the game and increase your workouts on a daily basis.
  • Consider studying some math and physics to understand as much as possible about the architecture and physical properties of the materials and structures used in construction. With better knowledge, you’ll more easily be able to grasp any and all of the complex concepts taught in training.
