Invest in Yourself

If you have ever traveled via airplane, you are most likely familiar with the flight attendant giving safety instructions that include an oxygen mask demonstration, where we are reminded to “Secure your mask on first, and then assist the other person.” This small, yet significant phrase, reminds us that we must give to ourselves first, before we can give to others.

Another example of this phrase is to “Invest in yourself - you can afford it, trust me.” Taking the time to examine your life can help you determine where you have the potential to grow.
